3 credits (Intermittently) Prerequisite: completion of 30 semester credits with a grade point average of 2.0 or better. Supervised training in goldsmithing provides on-the-job experience in the retail field. Students work in and explore the diverse nature of the jewelry trade, including different practices and tools to gain professional experience. Often, students are able to network, opening opportunities to gain viable exposure and meet prospective employers.
