4 credits (Intermittently) Prerequisite: instructor's consent. This course serves as a preparation for the FAA Private Pi-lot written examination. Course content includes pertinent Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), and basic elements of: aviation weather, radio communications, navigation, aero-dynamics, flight instruments, emergency procedures, flight safety, and flight physiology. To successfully complete this course, the student must pass the FAA Private Pilot written examination.
