Provides overview of disabilities with a focus on treatment techniques for low incidence disabilities, including blindness, low vision, deafness, hard-of-hearing, moderate to severe mental impairment, deafblindness, significant developmental delay, complex health issues, serious physical impairment, multiple disability, traumatic brain injury, genetic syndromes, and autism.
