This course is an introduction to Computer Aided Drafting (CAD). The content of this course is designed to provide the student with a basic understanding of CAD program features and explore drafting and design essentials in a 2-dimensional format. Coursework is valuable for anyone needing to prepare, interpret, or use virtually any type of drawings, plans, schematics, or other technical graphic communication documents. Prerequisite: Previous experience with computers is recommended. 1/2 hour lecture, 1 hour lab.
