3 credits Offered upon request Prerequisite: DRF 214 or MDC 210 Students study advanced methods of developing and presenting animation. They become familiar with 2D still frame editing, 3D object creation using available animation software, composing video segments, and the use of audio tracks in animation. Students develop storyboards for all projects. Students learn about and use special effects, cuts, sound, and final editing and output techniques. Students output completed projects via CD-ROM, Internet, and/or videotape.
