Issues surrounding the need for individualized security programs. Examines a variety of security equipment and procedures and discusses internal security for food service and lodging operations. This course provides awareness of the rights and responsibilities that the law grants to or imposes upon a hote-lier and consequences of failure to satisfy legal obligations. Two hours lecture. Two hours lab. Three semester hours credit.
