An introduction to small business management techniques as applied to the collision repair shop. Includes computerized information and records systems. Also included are financial responsibilities, shop layout, inventory, and employee-employer relations. Students will con-tinue all normal collision repair shop operations in this course and par-ticipate in a supervisory capacity during laboratory times, when possi-ble. One hour lecture. Six hours lab. Four semester hours credit.
