(2.0 hours) A study of the structure and function of invertebrates with special attention paid to the phylogenetic origins of taxonomic groups and the integration of their structural systems. Three one-hour lecture recitation periods and two two-hour laboratory period per week. This course is recommended for students majoring in the life sciences and related fi elds.
