(3.0 hours) A study of the anatomy of vertebrate animals, including both embryological development and adult structure. Dissection includes a representative from each major vertebrate class. Includes classifi cation of vertebrates, embryology, skelton, muscles, coelom, digestive, and respiratory systems, circulatory system, urogenital system, and nervous system. Three lectures and four hours of laboratory per week. Prerequisite: BI 1323 and BI 1332 or consent of instructor. Corequisite: BI 2322
