(1 Credit Hour) This course enables the student to achieve excellent physical condition through gentle, but focused exercise combining key elements of yoga including: reducing stress, strengthening ? ?ore" muscles of the abdomen, and increasing flexibility inthe legs, arms and smaller supporting muscle groups. Rather than building bulk, these techniques lengthen, define, and sculpt muscles.
