(3 Credit Hours) This course studies European civilization from the Age of Absolutism, and covers the Age of Revolution; the development of nationalism, industrialism, and imperialism; the era of the World Wars; and the contemporary world. The dramatic political, social, and economic developments which contributed to the spread of European influences over the world will be emphasized. This course is designed for students enrolled in the Honors Program.
