(3 Credit Hours) Advanced ESL Grammar is designed to increase non-native speaker awareness of the meaning and form of advanced structures in English and the ability to use these structures in both written and spoken communication. Grammar exercises will be designed to speed up the acquisition process by taking the student from the learning of rules and mere mechanical drill to using grammar to communicate meaning in more authentic contexts.
