(3 Credit Hours) This course provides a hands-on task-driven approach to learning the fundamental concepts and skills of Cisco networking. Throughout the course the student works through tutorials and realistic case studies. In this way the student is exposed to situations similar to those one might encounter in the workplace. Topics covered include terminology, OSI Model, Bridges, Switches, Hubs, Routers, IP Addressing and telecommunications.
