(3 Credit Hours) The purpose of the course is to provide students with first hand experience dealing with schools and children by placing them in area classrooms to observe teachers, children, methodologies, and evaluation processes. Students enrolling in this course must have an overall grade point average of 2.5 and have completed 2 (4 Credit Hours) including ED 201 (Introduction to Education) and PSY 102 (Human Growth and Development) or permission from the instructor.
