Emphasis in lab is placed on the biological functions that define life, including basic biochemistry, cell and membrane functions, bioenergetics, reproduction and genetics, and phylogeny and evolution. Prerequisite: Advanced High School Biology class, BIO 4111, or a Science ACT score of 21
