Students will learn to apply skills learned in IT 2004 Basic Microcomputer Repair I to each of three professional PC technician working scenarios, including: working with a high level of face-to-face client interaction, working in a remote-based environment, and working in an environment where hardware related activities are stressed. The course content helps prepare the students to successfully pass any of the three remaining CompTIA A+ exams (220-602, 220-603, and 220-604) required for current A+ certification.
