Class 3, Lab 2. Prerequisites: ACT Science, Math, Reading, and English subscores of 19 or above; or satisfactory COMPASS Reading, English, and Mathematics proficiency scores; or satisfactory completion of ENGL 0013 Developmental Reading II and ENGL 0123 Fundamentals of English and MATH 0113 Elementary Algebra. Anatomy is the study of the structure of the body and physiology is the study of the function of the body. This course introduces the student to the human body and emphasizes the integration of the muscular, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary and reproductive body systems.
