3 CR. This course provides students with the skills and knowledge required to develop and maintain a professional massage therapy and bodywork practice. Students will examine the development, significance and application of professional business standards, professional ethics and laws that govern the practice of massage therapy and bodywork. Business development topics will focus on wellness, communication, boundaries, clinical supervision, budgets, and marketing tools. Students must be enrolled in the Massage Therapy & Bodywork program. Prerequisite: Introduction to Massage Therapy & Bodywork.
