3 Credit hours 45 Contact hours Covers the theory of operation and repair of fuel injection systems. Students will be introduced to water separators, primary/secondary fuel filters, low pressure supply pumps, and high pressure injections systems. Provides laboratory assignments that involve disassembly, assembly, and service procedures on fuel system components. Preventive maintenance, run-ability issues, and electronic fuel management systems will be covered. Prerequisites: DPM 100, DPM 101 and DPM 103.
