This course focuses on development of skills needed for working with community, state, and federal agencies that serve people with severe mental illness. Mediation, negotiation, job coaching, and job analysis skills are included. Practical applications of the Americans with Disabilities Act are explored. Community living skills will include the process of networking and benefits programs available at the local, state, and federal level. Prerequisite: PRS 111
