This course empowers students to become more aware of self by identifying personal strengths and values in order to resolve conflicts and set goals. Students will work in a structured setting to reinforce one another's positive attributes. With increased personal understanding, they are empowered to achieve appropriate goals. This seminar is especially valuable for students who seek more selfconfidence and motivation to live a more fulfilled life at home, at work, in college-but most of all, within themselves. This course may not be audited.
