A study of the electrical/electronic systems used in the control of machinery and processes in industry, and the electrical/electronic systems used to measure, monitor and control the factors involved in the manufacturing process. Emphasis will be on operation and troubleshooting of the electronics involved. Students will gain experience using instrumentation and measuring devices that simulate control situations. Note: Recommended preparation EET 170 and ELC 172 or equivalent knowledge. Course fee
