This course is designed as an advanced modeling course for students who are experienced with basic 3D modeling concepts and technical practice. The course introduces more sophisticated concepts and techniques such as polygon modeling, texture mapping, lighting and rendering. Through hands-on practice students will focus on modeling concepts and development relating to character, environmental, materials and lighting design. Prerequisite: ART 264
