Topics include an overview of nomenclature, acid-base systems, all classes of saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons, alkyl halides, stereochemistry, and major substitution, addition, and elimination reaction mechanisms. Covers basic laboratory techniques involving separation, identification, and synthesis of organic compounds.
