This course is for students who are interested in pursuing a career within the insurance industry as a damage estimator, or a career as a collision shop manager/estimator. The course will focus on identifying types of damage, preparing a written estimate, and computerized estimating systems. The course will also include training in body shop management and operation. Customer relation issues and skills will also be discussed. Classroom and hands on will be used. Note: Completion of ABR 110 is strongly recommended Course fee
