This course provides a comprehensive study of the use of computers and technologies. Class topics include computer hardware, software, operating systems, and electronic communications such as e-mail, the Internet, and networks. Students will have an opportunity to analyze computerpurchasing strategies, as well as acquire knowledge on data security and storage. Hands-on software experience will be provided utilizing Word, Excel, Access, the Internet, and email. Prerequisite: Language Proficiency Course fee
