A theoretical and applied study of leadership within the context of service. Incorporates an introduction to leadership, development of a personal leadership philosophy, the relationship between leadership and service, leadership ethics, conflict management, teambuilding, group empowerment, change management, and leadership through service. 3 hours lecture.
