Prerequisite(s): RDG 122 or exemption and ENG 101 or permission of instructor. Designed to impart a wide range of teaching skills, concepts, and techniques specific to the law enforcement trainer. Topics covered include adult learning, training needs, research methodology, instructional objectives, program development, instructional methodology, and evaluation techniques. Successful course completers will be eligible for certification as ALEOAC certified instructors. (Course is identical to EDU 290.) 3 hours lecture.
