This course is a study of the 29 Codes of Federal Regulations (CFR), Section 1910.1200 and the Hazard Communications (Right-to-Know) Regulation. The course focuses on the impacts these regulations have on the occupational workforce. Requirements for implementation and monitoring of the regulations are examined. Also included are the studies of federal regulations cited in Section 301, Title III, Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of 1968, Right to Know Act of 1968. 1 hour lecture.
