This course takes people from their current levels of fitness toward increased cardiovascular endurance, proper weight control, increased strength and flexibility, and the ability to relax. The individualized approach to physical fitness in this course is designed to do more than teach these principles. Individuals will also apply what they learn by writing and engaging in their own personalized fitness programs.
