This course presents an overview of the culture, religion and manners of the Arab World. Military personnel being deployed to this region of the world need to be aware of the various aspects of Arab Culture. Topics to be covered include religion, importance of clan and family, importance of status, hospitality and friendship, gestures, concept of time, work and training guidelines and community and home life.
