This course emphasizes the integration of basic and advanced emergency medical skills, and proper procedures of emergency care in the combat environment. Each task allows for individual and collective practice of specific skills. Appropriate testing and evaluation sessions are designed to assure proficiency of medical skills needed to provide prompt, adequate, medical care deemed necessary by the Department of the Army.
