This course is a study of health sanitation and handling of livestock. A study of diseases, insects, and other common ailments of livestock will be covered. Marketing, dehorning, castrating, vaccinating and handling of livestock will be studied and demonstrated with the aid of field trips. Prerequisite: AGRI 1106 Principles of Animal Science with a grade of D or better
