Prerequisite: AG 121 or consent of instructor. The functions of management applied to the problems of agricultural producers and business managers will be studied. Topics to be covered include resource analysis, budgeting, enterprise planning, and labor management. The major focus of the course will be on planning and budgeting. 3 lecture hours; 2 lab hours per week.
