Topics of study include concepts and terminologies used in engineering, applied mathematics, use of the scientific calculator, units and dimensions used in business and industry, and team-work and problem solving techniques. Students are introduced to the use of personal computers and computer applications. Lecture with application 3 hours per week. (D)
