This course is a study of the concepts of Leadership and Teamwork in the workplace. Topics covered will include leadership styles and techniques, planning and goal setting, creating consensus, and the fundamentals of the selfdirected work team. Emphasis will be placed on increasing leadership skills, and acquiring the logic, knowledge and understanding of work teams, through role playing and practical experiences.
