This course is designed to improve customer service for the typical retail garden center. The topics covered will enhance the employee's knowledge of the products sold by the retailer. Information gained in this course will provide employees with practical answers to customer questions. Garden Center Management will inform and familiarize the garden center manager and their employees with plant care practices, as well as providing useful information on hardware items, landscape materials, and chemicals used for plant care. Additionally, a section is provided on the proper care of living material.
