Concentrates upon the roles of the Associate degree nurse as defined by the NLNAC. It is the purpose of this course to facilitate the development of the LPN to Associate Degree Registered Nurses. The content of this course is designed to prepare students to participate as primary care providers to promote adaptation of clients within a structured health care environment. The focus of the clinical lab will be to assess expertise in fundamental skills expected of first level nursing students. (3 Lecture)
