This course involves an entry level introduction to overall business enterprise management. Students will be engaged in hands on application of the daily tasks and duties of different positions within a live restaurant operation. Students will participate in a supervised, workplace practicum, up to 10 hours per week for a total of 120 clock hours during the semester. Punctuality, attendance, and overall team effort are essential for success in this course.
