3 Credit Hours 45 Contact Hours (Lecture) Prerequisite: MAT 108 Enables students to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT) in machining or drafting. The course covers math formulas, tolerancing systems, modifiers, symbols, datums, and tolerances of form, profile, orientation, runout, and location. Students learn that generation of a working drawing is a team effort between design, drafting, manufacturing, and quality control.
