This course focuses on personnel administration, duties and responsibilities of fi re offi cers, leadership, supervision and control. Emphasis will be placed on personnel problem solving and leadership techniques effective in fi re service organizations. Individuals successfully completing this course and meeting the requirements of the Missouri Division of Fire Safety will be eligible for state certifi cation testing for Offi cer I through Missouri Division of Fire Safety.
