This course is an introduction to estimating methods and development of quantity take-off methods for construction jobs. Computer programs as well as pencil/paper methods will be used. Also included in the class is an introduction to materials and job activity scheduling. Prerequisites: CST 255 and MTH 125, or MTH 110, or permission of instructor.
