Emphasizes advanced programming concepts and techniques specifi c to event-driven programming in C# using the .NET development environment. Application Programming Interface (API) as might be used in developing system-level components. Topics include the following: Windows and messaging, drawing, input devices, user-interface controls, resources, and multi-tasking. Prerequisite: CIS 150 or permission of instructor.
