Prerequisite: None Reviews scale construction, intervals, and chord spellings. Introduces chord progressions, song forms, and harmonic techniques used in popular music. Must be able to read music in standard notation. Basic ear training skills including hearing melodies, harmonies, and rhythms and sight singing skills including singing intervals and rhythms are developed.
