This course is a continuation of MEDT 1133 Medical Office Administration. This course continues to refine computer-specific skills and office procedures and techniques required for organizing and maintaining a medical office. Students will participate in a nine hour per week internship experience that will provide hands-on training by medical professionals within an instructor-approved medical facility. S Prerequisites: MEDT 1123 Medical Terminology I and MEDT 1133 Medical Office Administration with grades of "C" or better.
