Prerequisite: (R) (W) (M), MGMT 2053 or Permission by Evaluation 3 CREDITS This course is designed to introduce the principles of total quality management and to provide the student with a systematic way of applying quality techniques to any type of organization. Emphasis is given to customer focus, process improvement and total involvement. Students will demonstrate their knowledge through the simulation and case study methods.
