Prerequisite: (R) (W), MGMT 2053 or Permission by Evaluation 3 CREDITS This course is designed to introduce the student to the process of assuring the effective and efficient accomplishment of desired objectives and goals. The student will study qualitative and quantitative control techniques, and apply these techniques to the evaluation of processes involving human, material, and financial resources. Students will demonstrate acquired knowledge and skills through the use of the simulation and case study methods.
