Prerequisite: (R) (W) (M) 2 CREDITS The student will apply knowledge of types of aircraft structure which produce lifting forces and provide powerplant support including truss and stressed skin wing construction in solving flight problems. The student will demonstrate the proper inspection, materials selection, repair and testing of wood and laminated non-metallic structures, sheet metal structures and fabric and fiberglass aircraft coverings in accordance with FAA standards.
