Prerequisite: (R) (W) (M) ENGL 1113 Earned at least a "C" CD 2113, CD 2133, CD 2333, and CD 2353 3 CREDITS This course is designed for students preparing to teach children fewer than six years of age. Students will demonstrate the ability to use assessment effectively and plan curriculum on both a day-to-day and long-term basis for infants, toddlers and preschool age children of all abilities in group early care and education settings. Students will demonstrate knowledge of the teacher's relationship and ethical responsibility to children's families.
