(4 Credit Hours) This course is offered to licensed cosmetologists who have completed COS 282. It covers 150 contact hours of training ( (4 Credit Hours)). Those enrolling in the class can expect to obtain a Cosmetology instructor's license after completion of the program and after taking an exam given by the State Board of Cosmetology. The students will be required to prepare theory lesson plans and demonstration plans for student teaching in the classroom. Salon supervision will also be a requirement of the Teacher Training course. COS 282 Prerequisite.
